Senior expert in circular economy and innovation with extensive knowledge on public-private cooperation. Arjan has been part of the strategy team which developed the Circular Amsterdam 2020-2025 strategy and one of the initiators of the Circular Monitor Amsterdam. Previously he was responsible for the first regional circular economy strategy in the Dutch Province of North-Holland. Arjan is now initiator and project lead of CircuLaw, a knowledge platform aimed at more and better use of existing legislation by local and regional governments.
