I’m an Engineer/Contractor turned Client Project Director and now run large development projects in the West End on the Grosvenor Estate. I’m keen to use my experience across the industry to help change the way we design and construct our buildings, ensuring they are optimally designed for their entire life. Long term thinking is crucial to achieving better, more efficient and less wasteful buildings. On my projects I ensure the ambition is clear from the outset which is essential if the team are going to buy into that vision and overcome any challenges together. Recently I ran an Innovation Project at Grosvenor which focused on the circular economy specifically material reuse, and I also chair one of the three UKGBC CE Forum Working Group looking at material reuse.
